CHELSEA BUN
Part 1: prepare to bake food items.
_ for baking, first we need to check the quality of ingredients and check the date that it should not be out of expiry,the ingredients should not have bad smell and also their appearance should be good.
Part 2: Bake food items.
_degree of oven for cooking Chelsea bun must be 200 degrees.
the appearance of Chelsea Bun was golden and brown a little thick.
we cooked it for 20-25 minutes.
first we mix flour with butter in a bowel than we mix the cinnamon with brown sugar after rolling the the mixed flour with butter and cinnamon and brown sugar we sliced them to 12 pieces and put in a pan that had melted butter on it .
Part 3: present food items.
_cinnamon, brown sugar,pink food colouring ,butter, mixed fruit, sultanas, salt, melted butter,milk, water and icing sugar.
